152 of the US stocks we follow trade between $1 and $10, and 104 of them have an analyst price target above the current price. Below are the top 25, ranked by our overall score across value, quality and momentum, with the same technical signal as on each stock page. A low share price does not make a stock cheap in value — check the score and the red flags before you look closer.
Stocks with a share price between $1 and $10 at the latest close (or the latest delayed price during trading hours). We leave out stocks under $1. A low share price says nothing about value on its own: a $5 stock can be expensive and a $500 stock cheap. That is why every stock here also shows its value, quality and momentum score, the technical signal and the analyst price target.
Low-priced stocks often move more, trade in smaller volumes and are more often unprofitable than large companies. Many also have a high short interest. Look at the red flags on each stock page before you decide anything, and never put more into one low-priced stock than you can afford to lose.
By our overall score: the simple average of the value, quality and momentum scores (0–100), each ranked against every stock we follow. The technical signal is the same one as on each stock page: price against the 50- and 200-day averages plus daily and weekly MACD.
Daily after the US market close (4:00 PM Eastern Time). A stock can move in or out of the list when its price crosses $1 or $10.
