Who we are
WallStreetBuys is operated by Tradedesk ApS, a company registered in Denmark (company registration no. CVR DK41450665), Skæringvej 88, Kirstinelund, 8520 Lystrup, Denmark. Because we are based in the EU, we handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — a strict European privacy standard — regardless of where you live.
1. Personal data we collect
WallStreetBuys has no sign-up, no user accounts and no payments: you can read every page without giving us your name or email. We collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and visit patterns through cookies (see section 4). If you email us, we process your email address and your message to answer you.
If you create an account on our Danish parent platform tradedesk.dk, the privacy policy of tradedesk.dk applies to that account.
2. How we use personal data
Your personal data is used to run and improve this website, answer your questions, and meet legal requirements. WallStreetBuys does not send newsletters.
3. Sharing of personal data
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary to provide our services or required by law. We work with selected processors who handle data on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and the analytics tools described under cookies. Payment (Stripe), email (Mandrill/Mailchimp) and AI (Anthropic) processors are used only on tradedesk.dk, not on this site. Some of them are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. When we transfer data there, it happens on a legal basis such as the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so your data remains protected to a standard equivalent to that of the EU.
Use of artificial intelligence (AI)
WallStreetBuys has no features where you enter your own data, so nothing you do here is sent to an AI provider.
